Hermeticism

Hermeticism is the spiritual and philosophical tradition built on writings credited to Hermes Trismegistus, the legendary sage who joined the Greek god Hermes with the Egyptian god Thoth. Its core texts were written in Roman Egypt and rediscovered in the Renaissance.
